I was concerned that since Paul Sperco, Dorothy and Al were not there to help us, that past loyalties would not be honored. Gene made sure that David was aware of our history with Dayton.

I purchased a toyota camry @ dayton and i have to say our experience was pretty excellent right from a special sales associate Mrs. Robin up until with the manager when we closed the deal @ 10 PM in the nite!!. Robin especially has ton of patience and makes you feel right at home while going over the various models and explaining the features/offers associated with a model right till we left with the car around 11 PM!! I also had a pretty professional and healthy negotiation with Jennifer who believe me knows what she is negotiating!! We finally ended up at a price that was fair for both of us. I also was a able to get a KBB Fair value to my trade in Honda accord. Overall i will definitely recommend dayton with a blink of an eye as long as you are negotiating fairly. Thanks, Anand

I gave this rating because leasing my new Highlander could not have been easier. I received the vehicle I wanted, the financing I wanted and everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. I was given a tutorial about all the bells and whistles in the Highlander and drove away knowing that I had received everything I had asked for and more!

We received a letter from manager Dave stating Dayton was looking for 4 '99 Camry's (our old car), and Dayton would give us $500 over list price and pay the first month's payment. We were considering buying a new car, but not in a rush, but the letter intrigued us. We visited Dayton, and met Doug, who was very patient with us, knowledgable and so accommodating. He gave us 3 test drives, a 2013 Camry, a 2013 Prius, and the 09 Camry hybrid we finally purchased. Dayton gave us good, fair value on our trade in, and we were happy with the final price of the 09. Doug answered every question we through at him about everything from the cars we looked at to financing and details like licenses and registration. When we made our final purchase Derek also was knowledgable and accomodating. He went through every financing plan and warranties we could buy, as well as some good tips on financing and payments in general, and with his help we chose a plan we're happy with within our budget, including extended warranty, which we've never had before. Doug stayed with us all the way to 8:30pm, two and half hours after official closing, to make sure all our details and questions were worked out and we were happy. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I'm looking forward to future visits for routine maintenance. I will gladly refer people to Dayton Toyota.

I brought my 2006 Toyota rav 4 in for recall service. They washed my car afterwards also! My son drives this car and the only thing I realized was that my rear wiper was ripped and flapping around and I would have had them replace that if they told me about it.
