The Toyota Corolla is one of the older models of cars in continuous production. Very few other vehicles can claim the distinction of having been on the roads uninterrupted for over 50 years. That's because this vehicle not only has a great reputation for solid performance and reliability, but has continuously upgraded and adapted to the times.
The 2017 model offers an outstanding suite of options for drivers in Brunswick, Lawrence, and Freehold to customize their vehicles. Learn about the range of 2017 Toyota Corolla trim levels, body styles, and options, and where you can get behind the wheel of this class-leading sedan.
2017 Toyota Corolla Trim Levels
If you're looking for a vehicle that's supremely customizable and still comes with a great suite of basic features right out the gate, you can't go wrong with the new Corolla. There's a total of seven 2017 Toyota Corolla trim levels to choose from, including the L, LE, LE Eco, XLE, SE, 50th Anniversary Special Edition, and XSE.
Base L Trim
The standard base equipment on the new Corolla is pretty impressive. It comes with LED running lights and headlights, power accessories, Adaptive Cruise Control, air conditioning, a tilt-and-telescope steering wheel, adjustable driver and passenger seats, split fold (60/40) rear seats, and a rearview camera. In terms of entertainment, you get Toyota's Entune™ infotainment system, which includes Bluetooth®, 6.1-inch touchscreen interface with voice commands, CD player, USB port and auxiliary jack, and Siri Eyes Free connectivity.
LE and LE Eco
The LE level upgrades you to 16-inch wheels and provides variable intermittent windshield wipers, heated mirrors, keyless entry, and automatic climate control, as well as special metallic accents in the cabin.
The Eco trim has upgraded tuning for engine and suspension, plus an aerodynamic design and rear spoiler, all created to provide maximum fuel efficiency.
XLE Trim
Stepping it up to the XLE trim nets you both keyless ignition and entry, higher end headlights, 16-inch wheels, sunroof, Toyota SofTex® simulated leather upholstery, heated front seats, and an upgraded information display. Entertainment-wise, you get a larger 7-inch touchscreen, satellite tuner, HD radio, and the Scout® GPS Link navigation system.
SE Sport Level
Most sedans these days offer a sport model, and the Corolla is no different. At this level, you start at the standard LE features and add either a 6-speed manual or continuously variable transmission (CVT). You also get 17-inch alloy wheels, special styling at the front end, heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals, spoiler, paddle shifters on the leather steering wheel, chrome exhaust, and special sport-designed front seats and gauges. You also get keyless entry and ignition, as well as an upgraded Entune™ system.
XSE and 50th Anniversary Special Edition
At the XSE level, you get the SE with CVT, as well as a sunroof, keyless entry and ignition, heated front seats, and an 8-way power adjusted driver's seat. Going for the 50th Anniversary Special Edition version of this trim gives you special badging, upgraded wheels, and upgraded upholstery and trim with contrasting black cherry stitching.
Option Packages
In addition to the different trim levels, there are several standalone options you can use to customize your car. These upgrade your wheels, add bumper LED running lights, a sunroof, and an upgraded Entune™ system, among other features.
