South Brunswick, NJ is the kind of place where a black bear sighting makes the news for several days. The South Brunswick Library hosts concerts and poetry readings, and people like to shop farmer's markets. And South Brunswick, NJ residents really love their car shows:
Hollywood Nights Cruisers Car Club: The fun begins on the bright, clever website for the Hollywood Night Cruisers Car Club. They have been dedicated to the enjoyment in antique, custom, and classic cars throughout North New Jersey since 2007. The Hollywood Night Cruisers charge nothing to car and cycle collectors for their weekly cruise nights and shows.
Cruise participants are 150+ strong and make scheduled appearances at local eateries for family fun, food, and DJ music. Members trade secrets, share monthly newsletters, and sell parts and accessories. You can check the Hollywood Night Cruisers Car Club website for photos and event schedules.

Garden State Region Mustang Club: Mustang lovers in the Garden State Region Mustang Club are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mustang's introduction at the New York World's Fair in Flushing Meadows. During this summer alone, members will be represented in a 4th of July Parade (Maywood), Shelby Run (Wentworth by the Seas), the 5th Annual Metuchen Rescue Squad Benefits Car Show, Dean Man's Curve Wild Weekend (Mahwah), and more. Members often bowl, picnic, and party together.
BMW Car Club: The BMW Car Club of America organized its New Jersey chapter in 1973. Members share fun and information on BMW models and engineering. The club emphasizes family activities and BMW education through its Street Survival teen program and driver schools.

Members also show and share resources on BMW performance and maintenance, buy and sell vehicles and accessories, and participate regularly in autocross rallies. As a club they enjoy an Annual Banquet, Biergarten Night at the Deutscher Club, and Whack Your Turkey Rally. Check their one-of-a-kind BMW members' forum.
Cars and Coffee New Jersey: Car owners and collectors who want to show and socialize with their busy family schedule in mind find fun and food at Cars and Coffee New Jersey, operating out of Millstone Township. Owners and lovers of antiques, special vehicles, and customized models meet to enjoy coffee and light breakfast options on Sunday mornings. Spectators gather to enjoy the exotics, hot rods, and retro rods.
There is no membership fee for attendance or registration, and there is no top-heavy organization. People meet and show as scheduled, and they are only asked to clean up after themselves. Check Cars and Coffee for its gallery of pictures.
Northern New Jersey Region: The NNJR of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) is focused on road racing and solo and rally action throughout the northeast. Members share an active passion and interest in road racing, with families working as teams.
The NNJR sponsors rallies throughout the year, but they most enjoy their Teddy Bear Rally in early December. The rally supports the U.S. Marines and its Toys for Tots campaigns. The entrance fee to this short, non-time-speed-distance event is a teddy bear. They award trophies to expert, intermediate, and novice competitors as well as to the First Timer, Best Family, Best Husband and Wife, and the Dead Last but Finished competitors.
You’ll also find clubs dedicated to Corvettes, Camaros, Jaguars, MGs, and more. Just about every line of manufacturer and model are represented by clubs in the South Brunswick, NJ area.
