New Brunswick, NJ is one of 27 cities spanning across nine states that will be participating in the Cupid's Chase 5K on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Community Options, Inc. will be hosting the annual event which works to raise funds to support individuals living with disabilities in their local areas. COI welcomes all walkers, runners, joggers and rollers of all ages to participate in this fun and festive Valentine's Day 5K. New Brunswick singles should wear "Available" t-shirts while those in relationships will wear "Unavailable" t-shirts, making for an easy icebreaker. You can register to run by yourself or form a team to achieve your fundraising goal. 

About the Race

 Taking place in the beautiful Buccleuch Park located at 321 Easton Avenue in New Brunswick, NJ, this year's Cupid's Chase 5K begins at 10 a.m. Registration on the day of the race will begin at 8 a.m. The cost of registration is $50 with an early registration price of $30 if you register before February 13th. Along with the scenic sites of Buccleuch Park there will be water stations for runners to stay hydrated. 

Becoming a Team Captain

Creating a team and becoming a team captain is easy. Simply go to the Community Options, Inc. website and click the link to form a new team. From there, you'll be asked to set a fundraising goal to achieve or surpass. Then, get your friends, family members, neighbors and co-workers to join your team by having them register using the "Join an Existing Team" link.
